On November 16th, 2023, the PLP portal was brought offline.
You were previously notified that the legacy Partner Licensing Portal (PLP) would be discontinued. This notice is a continuation of our efforts to phase out the PLP and help our partner migrate their customers into the new Secure Cloud (SC) platform. Your customers remain protected through their migration to Secure Cloud, but access to the portal will cease. We hope that you have been able to engage with our migrations team to either begin or accelerate the process of this migration.
The Secure Cloud platform offers some distinct advantages to our partners, and their customers, including:
- Centralized management.
- Access to additional service offerings.
- On demand ordering and provisioning.
- Direct access to configuration management per customer (Guest admin).
- Initial branded ZixPort will no longer be a paid-for service, as it is included in all Secure Cloud Email Encryption offerings.
Below are the offerings we recommend for current and future email encryption customers as we prepare your current customers for migration:
